Musings and Bear Music Fest This Weekend!

Happy Labor Day!
Hello everyone and thanks in advance for reading this message.
Hope this note finds you grateful for this moment in time, for it is all we have. As we choose to make each moment the best it can be, we find ourselves filled with gratitude for a life well lived.
How's that for schmaltzy #MondayMotivation?
Believe it or not, I do my best to live that way. Sometimes the best we can do is sit on a chair and be grateful we have a chair.
That said, we have a gig! Arne is sitting this one out on doctor's orders, so we will have the very capable and talented Dan Duffin on bass. Dana Miller will be occupying the drum throne, Richard Wood will be on keys and King Pat Duffey will be demonstrating his most soulful guitar tones.
Lady Billie Duffey will be in attendance as well, lending her expert ear and kind vibes to all within the space.
Bear Music Fest has a diverse lineup, ranging from hip hop theatre to acoustic duos to large funky ensembles. If you can be there, please do. We would love to see and share some musical memories with you.

I am looking forward to the unplugged nature of it all and meeting new musical friends. We can never have too many of those!
Have a great week and be sure to hand out plenty of hugs. They are good for your mental and physical health.
