Musings : 10/19/2015 : Don Henley, Billy Joel and Jesse Kincaid

Hey Everybody!

I don't have a music gig coming up, so today's inspirational music related choice is this (imho) really great talk between Billy Joel and Don Henley about music and songwriting and much more. At times it can get a bit "good ol' days" ish, but there is a lot of sage advice packed in there.

The occasion for the conversation is the new album by Don Henley, which not coincidentally, contains a cut by my neighbor and friend Jesse Lee Kincaid.
Btw - Jesse also happens to be a very knowledgeable guitar teacher - and he knows the Thriller dance!

Speaking of Thriller, I've been recruited to teach Thrill the World Novato 2015 as part of Novato's "Scream on the Green" safe Trick or Treat event - if you are in the area - please stop by from 1:30 - 3:00 pm - on Saturday, October 24th and get your zombie on!

If you want to keep in touch more before next Monday, friend or follow me on facebook.

That's it for now. Have a great week.
